In observance of All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day, Clinic's schedule is listed below:
October 30 (Thursday) : OPEN (7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
October 31 (Friday): Closed
November 01-02 (Saturday-Sunday): Closed

Regular clinic hours will resume on Monday, November 3, 2025 (7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)

In observance of the Foundation Anniversary of South Cotabato,
Polomolok Diagnostic Center will be closed on July 18–19, 2025 (Friday–Saturday).
Operations will resume on July 21 (Monday) at 7:00 AM.
