Some people confused me for being an MD or Physician and some times I get tired correcting them. I just want people to know that as a Physical Therapist, our profession has evolved and improved into a Doctoring profession but the program or degree of a Doctor of Physical Therapy is only offered in a US academic institution. It's not yet available in our universities in the Philippines and we are lucky that FEUNRMF partnered with University of Montana to provide distance learning or on-site program depending on student preference.
FYI, hope this one would clarify who we are as DPTs.

Working with 43 year-old SCI patient C4 C5 level after a pool diving accident 10 years ago..
Second session with me and God-willing patient should be able to walk within home using assistive device.

Thank you for the trust and confidence. My first and second PT sessions with plan of care up to 3 months rehab approved by patient and family with goal on back to work status and full independence in ambulation without assistive device and independence in ADL.
