-the stethoscope honors my profession(I am a licensed medical doctor).
-the blue cross with the outer red color symbolizes The Blessed Virgin Mary and The Child Jesus. The Cross symbolizes my love and fear of God!!

This one is purely medical.. "walang halo".
A case of Parotitis (mumps,beki,kabbi).
It's usually caused by a viral or bacterial infection.

Sad to say it's highly communicable!!

Patient is exhibiting symptoms of Amoebiasis.
-diarrhea(often mucoid bloody stools
-abdominal cramping/pain
-bloating
-flatulence
Most often it is asymptomatic.

I make it a point to find out where the patient got it
-the source of the drinking water
-is she fond of eating raw vegetable salad?
-eating raw oysters?
-eating anything raw!!
Make it a point to cook your food very well..
Is it contagious? Yes!!
If you eat out make sure that food handlers and food vendors (food carts) practice good sanitation (ask them about their health certificates πŸ˜‰).

Patient is exhibiting signs of GLUTEN INTOLERANCE..
Characterized by
-abdominal pain/cramps
-bloating and gas(feeling swollen and full
-diarrhea or constipation
-nausea or vomiting
-indigestion

Triggers
-eating foods with gluten such as wheat rye barley beer.. anything that has wheat in it..some patients are also triggered by using contaminated utensils in preparing their food.

So avoid foods with gluten such as breads noodles pasta soy sauce cakes

Better to read ingredients list of all foods processed or otherwise..
My medical practice is in a rural area.There are medical laboratories but the problem is the availability of tests..if ever its available the problem is the costing.
And the other question is "me halo ba?"..yes there is..

Medically a bacterial fungal infection.Lesions had been present for more than 2onths.Patient has been taking her medications that long with no improvement.
She sought consult to know if "me halo".
You bet there is.
Prescribed medications and a procedure as a peace offering.

Patient is exhibiting GERD(Gastro Esophageal Reflux) symptoms.
I asked when was the last time he took alcohol?
He responded a long time ago..I inquired further, 7 days ago daw..
His wife interjected 3 days ago daw last na uminom..😁 🀣

Beforehand patient has already informed me that he is short of funds.
He had consulted a medical facility but was not appeased by the result.
He was exhibiting signs of post stroke (probably ischemic type as he has slurring of speech face drooping dizziness.)
Can't request CT Scan MRI or troponin test to rule out a myocardial infarction (heart attack) as he is short money wise.So I used my clinical eye (developed after 40 years of medical practice and attending medical conventions and online webinars) to arrive at my diagnoses.
Some people (those who have not even tried consulting at Clinica Quinto/Healing Center )are laughing and demeaning me because I use daw dahon dahon..😁😁
Is that now the trend nowadays?Supplements using dahon dahon and ugat ugat..πŸ˜ƒ
Ever since 1993 I have been using those.
The reason the patient sought consult is bka "me halo".Yesss..We discovered someone.We arrived at this by me describing a relative who had died a long time ago.
I simultaneously use medical and alternative healing in my practice.
Well you can't please everyone πŸ˜‰...especially those who are "nag mamarunong"..😁
