Guys, ang Dental Certificate po ay binibigay lamang kung kinakailangan. Ito po ay ini-issue sa araw MISMO na nagpakonsulta kayo.
Hindi po kami nag-iisue ng DC lalo na kung gagamitin lamang na dahilan para makalusot sa (mga) pagliban lalo na kung hindi naman nagpakonsulta.
Ang DC po ay isang real time event justification letter, kung saan bilang isang propesyonal, mailalagay lamang dito ang aming obserbasyon at rekomendasyon sa KASALUKUYANG lagay ng inyong oral health

[UPDATED] JUST IN || PPC UNDER GCQ—Malacañang placed Puerto Princesa City under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) starting Saturday, May 1, running until the end of month, May 31.

Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque on Friday said the National Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) against COVID-19 “has finalized the classifications”, heeding the calls from certain local government units.

Lawyer Arnel Pedrosa, city administrator, following the Malacañang pronouncement, asked the locals to follow the guidelines to mitigate the spread of the disease.

“We requested to be placed under MECQ but dahil iyan ang binigay (GCQ) ay mabuting palakasin natin ang disiplina sa sarili dito sa lungsod. Tayo na mismo ang mag regulate sa ating galaw at paglabas labas,” Pedrosa said.

Reclassified areas included Ifugao added to areas under MECQ, and Puerto Princesa City included under GCQ.

This, after Lawyer Norman Yap, spokesperson of City IATF in a live press briefing on Wednesday, said the city government requested the Regional IATF to up the quarantine classifications of the city to modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) due to the increasing local transmission cases in Puerto Princesa. | via Romar Miranda

If you have an appointment, please be there and if incase that there will be changes and rescheduling is needed, let us know ahead of time.
Skippers or No Call No Show patients without prior notice will be subjected for rescheduling but, for after a month..
