Recently, during communion, I had a moment of realization that reminded me of Jesus' incredible sacrifices and the amazing things He did while living on this earth. One of the most profound realizations was that a King became a servant, simply to show me the depth of His love. I am endlessly grateful for this reminder.
He didn’t have to do it, but He chose to. He chose to suffer and die for you. For me. For all of us. This simple CUP in my hand is a powerful reminder of that LOVE — a love that is DEEP, UNDESERVED, yet FREELY given.
BUT, the freedom we enjoy today' It came at the highest cost — the blood poured out on the cross. Imagine, the Most High God, the Creator of everything, willingly stepping down from His throne, choosing to become a servant, taking the lowest position — all to show us just how deep His love is for each one of us.
I used to question my worth and everything. I often wondered, “Am I really deserving of such grace?” But because of His incredible mercy, He chose me and love me unconditionally despite the fact that I am a sinner 🥹. He washed away my sins and marked me as one of His own children. (Romans 5:8)
There are so many reasons to be thankful, and one of the greatest is the privilege of truly knowing Him. Thank You, Lord, for allowing me to meet You and experience Your love in ways that go beyond words. A simple “ Thank You ” will never be enough, because Your sacrifice gave me life — a life that was exchanged for Yours 🥹
As I continue this journey through life, I pray that You will walk with me every step of the way. Guide me, strengthen me, and lead me down the path You have planned for me. May I live each day in gratitude and purpose, never forgetting the price that was paid so I could be free. Nawa'y ang kalooban mo ang masunod at Hindi ang kalooban ko. Let your will be Done!
