Full HMO benefits across inpatient, outpatient, preventive, and emergency care in Maxicareโs extensive network .
Inpatient services: Room & board, professional fees, ICU, surgeries, meds, labs, blood transfusions, imaging, and standard nursing .
Outpatient services: Consultations, minor surgeries, lab/X-ray, therapy (e.g. speech for stroke), allergy tests, and select procedures like eye laser .
Preventive care: Vaccination (e.g. tetanus, animal bites) and health monitoring .
Annual CheckโUp (ACU): Includes CBC, urinalysis, fecalysis, chest X-ray, physical examโafter 6 months membership & payment .
Emergency care: Coverage for affiliate hospitals; reimbursements for nonโaffiliates nationwide & up to โฑ30,000 abroad; ambulance up to โฑ2,500 per use .

Four tiers, each with different room accommodation and Maximum Benefit Limit (MBL) per member/year :

Dependents must be on a plan equal or lower tier than the principal .
Available for ages 15 days to 60 years, but not beyond 60+ .
Pricing adjusts based on age, tier, and number of members.
