1. Is MGI a pyramid business/scheme?
โข Ang MGI business ay pyramid dahil sa structure pero i-clarify ko lang na may 2 klase ng pyramid. Ang isa ay illegal o scam dahil walang produkto at โto-good to be true" yung mga promises nila na kitaan. Yung isa naman ay legal at kompleto sa mga legal documents at may mga products. Ganyan ang MGI.โ๏ธ
2. If there is no flush out, where does the excess pairings go?
โข Walang flush out pero may flush in. Carry forward o pupunta sa strong leg kaya waiting lang sya na maparisan o magkaroon ng pairings.
3. Ano ang safety net ng company?
โข Ang wallet system. Hindi lahat napupunta sa e-wallet, 50% lang. Yung iba nasa register wallet at redemption wallet para may continuous rolling o paggalaw ng products.
4. Sa China ba ang factory nyo? Made in China?

5. What is the difference between Ionspec and Nanospec?
โข Parehas lang, ang 2 names na yan ay pina-patent para protektahan ang company na yang 2 names na yan ay exclusively sa MGI lang, bawal gayahin.
6. What is the difference between the eyeglasses worth P7,800 and P3,900?
โข Kung ang laman elements ang pag-uusapan, parehas lang pero iba-iba ang levels. Ang pagkakaiba lang ay ang quality at design ng salamin kaya mas mahal yung iba.
7. Is there a warranty of the product, in case it is broken?
โข Gaya sa mga optical shops, wala itong warranty. In case na nasira, may mga mabibili naman sa office na spare temples o lens.
8. Can you change the lens to graded lens?
โข Yes, pwede kayong pumunta sa optical para papalitan ng may grado pero palagyan nyo ng blue ray protection para protektado kayo.
Pag okay na yung mata nyo, pwede nyong ibalik yung original lens from MGI.
9. How is the elements embedded in the frame?
โข Ang mga minerals ay pinulbos at mas pinaliit into smallest particle using nano technology.
10. How do the elements gets into our eye/body and give benefit?
โข Ine-emit ng frame ang negative ions, far-infrared at iba pagkasuot natin. Yun ay inaabsorb ng retina, papunta sa ugat at sa brain para isignal sa katawan kung saan gagawin yung repairs.
11. Is it safe for use to everybody? For pregnant women? For children? With steel in the body?
โข All products are safe for evebody pero yung may mataas ang far-infrared at self-heating gaya ng neckbelt at nano belt ay hindi pwede sa mga bata at buntis.
12. Is there initial reactions (early usage effect)? What should we do if it does?
โข Iba-iba naman. May mga hindi nakakaramdam ng initial reaction (early usage effect) pero meron yung iba. Pag naramdaman, wag magpanic, alisin lang yung salamin, ipahinga ng mga 2-3 minutes at ibalik. On-off lang hanggang maka-adjust na ang katawan natin.
13. Is there overdose if we use all MGI products?
โข Wala. Pwedeng gamitin ang mga products ng sabay-sabay.
14. Is it washable? What is the washing instructions?
โข Yes pero remember 3 things in washing: bawal washing-machine, bawal sobrang kusot (use only mild soap) at bawal ibilad directly sa sunlight.
15. If I wear contact lens, can I use Ionspec with it?
โข Yes.
16. Why does the nano belt takes time to heat up?
โข Minsan dahil dry yung skin, kaya need uminom ng tubig o basahin konti ung black area ng belt ng basing towel.
17. Does the nano stirrer makes the water alkaline?
โข No. ginagawa nyang neutral yung tubig, hindi acidic, hindi alkaline kundi ionized o energy water which very good sa katawan natin.
