What are boxcar scars?
Boxcar scars are wide, flat-bottomed scars with sharp and well defined edges (like a box)

Treating them are very tricky because you have to treat TWO problems:
1) the volume defect and
2) sharp edges.

Therefore, treating them can take painstakingly long... 😪 But once the scars has levelled out already and blended out with the rest of the skin, application of makeup and foundation is so much easier 👌🏻
