❗️Saving my life 🫀❤️❗️

Here are the medical certification of the sickness I have. In my condition it is very sever and will be needing the operation A S A P! Doctors advised me not to wait til the 3 Heart Valves are shut because then they aren’t able to do the surgery. 💔 I will be needing a HEART TRANSPLANT but Philippines does not cover.

Please help us fight this battle to secure a safe and healthy heart ❤️ for Janet. She would love to see better days with her kids and family. Let’s help her reach the amount needed.
