✨️ A Continuing Education Program (YACEP) under Yoga Alliance, the largest nonprofit association representing the yoga community worldwide

This 20-hour YACEP training is designed to deepen awareness, presence, and well-being through accessible mindfulness practices. Participants will explore foundational techniques in functional breathwork, simple yoga asanas, and diverse meditation methods to cultivate clarity, balance, and resilience in daily life and teaching.

The program emphasizes both personal practice and professional integration, offering practical tools that can be adapted for yoga classes, wellness settings, or personal growth. Through guided sessions, reflective exercises, and experiential learning, participants will:

🧘‍♂️ Develop mindfulness skills rooted in breath, body, and awareness.

🫁 Learn functional breathing techniques to support calm, focus, and energy regulation.

🙏 Practice gentle, accessible yoga asanas that promote grounding and ease.
