How to do it:
1๏ธโฃ Step one foot forward, one back (lunge stance).
2๏ธโฃ Tilt your pelvis slightly under.
3๏ธโฃ Lean forward gently, feel the stretch in front of your hip.
4๏ธโฃ Hold 30s per side.
