We are again experiencing another surge / rise in the number of covid cases. With this, we would like to inform our clients that there is a possibility of delayed results because of an exponential increase in the number of swabs being tested daily.

Rest assured that our partner molecular laboratory, Ermita Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory, Inc, is trying their best to process your specimen and release the results ASAP.

We also can no longer say our exact time of arrival but we will surely inform you if we’re on our way already.

We’re asking for your patience while waiting for our swab team and while waiting for your test results.
