Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Staff to support daily office operations and assist the HR and Accounting departments. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely reports, and keeping internal processes running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Encode, maintain, and update company
records, reports, and databases
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks
such as email correspondence, filing,
updating and document control
- Assist HR and Accounting with data entry,
documentation, and report preparation
- Ensure timely submission of reports and
coordinate with internal departments
- Perform other administrative and
office-related tasks as may be assigned

Qualifications:

✅ At least Senior High School graduate
(college level or vocational course is an
