Meet, Teacher Jeff— one of the caring and gentle teacher in Bridges 🩵

We ask her, “What is one (1) word to describe your experience as a teacher & therapist here at Bridges?” and she answered with— 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.

Teacher Jeff mentioned that patience will be the make-or-break factor in this field, as embodied by every therapist at Bridges. As many people have the skills to provide therapy and teach—yet not all of them have the patience to endure everything. Still, patience is only the starting point, because what truly makes his days memorable is watching the kids grow with the knowledge they’ve been taught—and along with that, seeing their patience grow throughout the months they spend in the clinic. This is something Teacher Jeff can carry for the rest of his life, along with the memories they’ve created.

🎯 At Bridges, we blend thinking and movement — one group used a mystery box to boost tactile perception, critical thinking, and memory & association, while the other arranged a domino challenge to further develop focus, hand-eyecoordination, and social skills.

Last October 27, Bridges celebrated its annual Halloween Party with the theme “𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗲𝘀!”

From Marvel and DC to mobile games and cartoons, our students and teachers brought their favorite heroes (and villains!) to life with creativity and fun! 💥🕸️

A huge congratulations to our Best in Costume winners — two from the Early Intervention Group, Transition to Adulthood Program, and School Readiness Group! 🏆👏

Our Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC) has officially concluded! Over the course of three productive days, our dedicated teachers and supportive parents had the opportunity to discuss each child’s progress, celebrate milestones, and share meaningful insights on how to continue therapy and learning at home. 🏠✨
