"S*x is a private issue but on the other hand we love to talk about it"
S E X addiction and S*xual addiction.
(Cumpulsive S*xual Behavior) in men and women.
kadalasang tumatama yan sa mga babae. 1/3 ng prevalence ng s*x addiction ay mga babae, 1/5 lang ang lalaki. bakit? mas prone ang babae sa mga stressors na nangangailangan sila ng attention. hindi lang to tungkol sa s*x, kasama dito yung mga pag sasarili and excessive binge p**n addiction. hindi madaling makita ang symptoms ng gantong sakit not unless the patient was aware of his/her action due to impairment of things around everyday life. worst they'll get STDs. the they'll found out that they're s*x addict. dahil hindi namamanage ng maayos yung interpersonal relation ng isang tao, they seek s*xual pleasure to fight the stress around. with a touch of euphoria or too much excitement. they dont know how to value people around they will treat you as an object..kaya ka nga ginamit at nagpapagamit e. mahilig lang sa s*x ang lalake pero ironically sa babae to kadalsan tumatama.. secretive tong mga tao na to, kala mo kialla mo na sila pero no! matatalino sila, kaya nilang magsinungaling ng hndi nag sasabi ng totoo magkaiba un...
walang masama sa s*x but i dont encourage premarital s*x, as long as na nagging responsible ka sa sarili mo at sa kas*x mo. the thing is kaya siya disorder kasi nga inuulit mo hindi dahi lsa sarap or arousal, you just can't manage your thought and attention that is why you seek pleasure to mask up your agony inside...well in fact, s*x is natural Drugs in our mind. nagagamot to sympre pero kadalsan kokontrolin lang yung behavior..hindi yan kaya ng gamot.. matinong relasyon oo. so ang tanong paano mo malalamn kung nakikipg date/relasyon ka sa isang s*x addict or ikw mismo yung s*x addict .paano kong liberated ka lang? no one knows except those 4 corners.... maraming tinatago ang kalungkutan ng tao...
so sympre nag s*x kayo, kala mo mahal ka na nya....HINDI.

in life you should know how to battle in yourself..

ngunit hindi tama na sabihin nating "baliw" ang isang tao.
Maraming dahilan para maganap ang isang bagay.
Isa sa mga kakulangan nating mga pinoy ay ang kaalaman/edukasyon tungo sa sikolohiyang mental nating mga pilipino, bukod pa don mahal ang magpagamot. kadalasan nauuwi na lang tayo sa panghuhusga sa mga bagay na di natin alam.

Mahal ang medikasyon
kulang ang mga psychologist sa atin kung ppnta ka sa mandaluyong o iba pang mental health facility or health service kadalasan pang kapulisan o gobyerno lang ang may maayos na neurological procedures.

dahil nabanggit niyo ang droga... ang pag gamit ng droga ay maituturing ma sakit sapagkat nagbabago ang stimuli dahilab para tumaas ang dopamin ng tao para ma adik.

maraming mga dahilan kalakip ng ibat ibang sitwasyon ng tao.

kung wala tayong sapat na kaalaman sa mga gantong bagay naway maging mabuting tao na lamang tayo sa bawat isa.

Maladaptive Thinking/ Maladaptive day dreaming.

Mental health issue yan. kadalasan nangyayari yan sa nga taong may anxiety D.O at depression D.O, and basically sa mga bata o matanda na may ADHD.

Excessive imagination sa nakaraan o sa mga bagay na gusto mo maayos, pagsisihan ,maibalik at mawala. kadalasan yan nangyayari sa mga taong traumatized sa kahit sa kahit saan. Gusto ng utak mo na takasan ang mga ala ala na nagpapahirap sayo. Akala mo nakakalimot ka na pero parang isang pelikula yan na babalik sa isip mo.

Dahil sa gusto ng utak mo na matulungan ka sa nagpapahirap sayo, mag ccreate siya ng bagong memorya na associated sa source ng stressors mo at gagawa yon ng bagong ala-ala. Bawat ala-ala sa isip natin o yung tinatawag na gunita may chemical reactions yan sa katawan mo.

*Ayaw mo ng na aabala ka.
*Madalasa ka magulat. (kaya pag may kausap ako tinatanong ko kelan siya huling nagulat.
*Mas gsto mo na nakikita ka ng mga tao isa kang maayos at makulay na tao.
*nawawalan ka ng focus sa realidad.
*Mas nagging personal na sayo ung mga simpleng bagay.
*Malalim na pananaw mo sa simpleng oo at hindi.
*Sa bawat desisyon naguguluhan ka. bakit?? marami kang di inayos sa nakaraan kaya ka nabbgla.
*Mas gsto mo mag isa.
*tahimik ka sa maraming tao.
*minsan masaya ka.
*May gsto ka pero di alam kung ano yun at di mo alam kung paano un mararamdaman.
*Inisiip mo na Bipolar ka pero hindi, relax.

May positibong epekto yab kung magging optimistic ka sa mga iniisip mo dahil lalawak imahinasyon mo sa mga malalaking bagay napapaliit mo kaya gaganda pag aayos mo ng problema. kaso ung maliliit na aspeto ang napapalaki mo.

Nawawala ba ito?

maybe not maybe yes!! it is a life long process dahil nakakabit na yan sa personality mo.

"SUBCONSCIOUS ANXIETY"

nararamdaman mo yan nang di inaasahan, laging nanjan ang pagkabalisa hindi yan nawawala. nakakaramdam ka ng mga ss. Uncertainty,uneasy ,awkward sa piling sitwasyon at tila ba parang hindi ka sapat.

dahil na sa subconscious mind mo itong mg bagay na ito, hindi mo alam kung ano ang dahilan o kung saan galing at darating nasa punto na tatanungin mo na sarili mo, "tama ba yung ginawa ko, may mali ba kong ginawa" ? tapos iiyak ka na lang, walang mali pero naghahanap ka ng sagot na sa tingin mo tama.

nag pawis ka ng malamig nanghina ka, nahilo ka para kang kinabahan at hinihigop? yes katulad yan ng anxiety, baka bumaba lang sugar level mo. be aware of everything don't get confused.

Subconscious mind; hindi ka aware pero dito nakapaloob ung mga kaisipan na nakolekta mo s buhay mo, dito ri n napproseso ang panaginip. ito ung nasa ilalim nang iyong kamalayan. halimbawa dto ung pangamoy mo nadedescribe mo ng walang kamalay malay. s*x and arousal is an example di mo alam kelan ka maarouse alam mo yan.. di mo din ala kelan ka kakabahan. that is why di dumadaan sa awareness mo.. magulo ba?

from unconsciousness to conscious. wag mo na ganong palalimin kahit ako minsan naguguluhan din.

pero lahat tayo maaring maligtas.

Nagkakaroon lang kayo ng mass hysteria amd massive somatic symptoms, and you don't know how your subconscious works, that is why madali ka naapektuhan ng mga negatibong bagay sa paligid. Mind is powerful it can attract negative results that turns into reality. pero sympre ibang usapan na kung kailangan talaga ng medical basis. empirical attributes is important.

Tumataas na naman anxiety levels sa paligid.

here is 3 things you should remind about

1. Seek God first ( invite Christ into your life)
2. Check your physique
3. If the body is well, the mind will follow.
result, your spiritually levels up, samahan mo ng taimtim na pananalig.

Dysphoria and dysmorphia mag kaiba yan.

Being fat is not a body defect kasi meron tayong ibat ibang klase ng shape ng katawan na katanggap tanggap sa mundo. kung sinabi ng psychologist na ganon ang diagnosis niya well that's good kasi may justification. pero dagdag pa dito baka meron siyang underlying stress disorder na di nabanggit, baka isipin ng mga tao na bigla na lang nagkakaroon mg ganyang mental disorder ang isang tao.. not knowing most of woman are sometimes over think the way they look the world or vice versa kung paano sila tingnan ng lahat.. baka nga underlying narcissistic behavior pa.. we all think that we are beautiful at pag may mali sa pananaw na yun doon na papasok ang ibang mga idea. sa social media pag ppyestahan ka lalo na kung mainstream na show like bahay ni kuya. dagdag pa yan sa burden ng tao... baka di nila alam na tumaas lang inferior ng tao that triggers the symptoms, hindi lang isang oras o araw ang tinitgnan ng psychologist dyaan, may session yan dahil maraming sakit na magkakapareha ng simptomas pero magkaiba ng tawag.. ang punto ko lang is maging aware tayo sa mga impormasyon na di nakaka apak ng tao, lalo nat yubg tao na un di niya rin alam nangyayari sa kanya..

ang dysphoria naman kabaliktaran ng euphoria yan..

minsan hindi tayo satisfied sa kung anong meron tayo we feel like ugly or like a loser.. and that is how mental disorders work... when stress hits you up..

i just want to leave a message, wag tayong basta basta humahalo sa mga usapan na di niyo alam end niyo dahil malawak ang abnormal world. maari itong makasira sa iyo sa atin o sa iba pa...

Mental health and Personality Development.

These are the signs that your psychological healing is improving.

1. Validating Yourself.

You are aware of things that you need to prioritize or need to ignore as a sign of maturity. being aware that your actions is valid to situations.

2. Setting & boundaries.

You accept and appreciate your own personality. You overcome insecurities. You improve and learn new things to nurture your mind. You set up your goals! good job.

3. Support Acceptance.

Last time, you feel pity about yourself and get embarassed when someone is tryna help but now you appreciate others company. You avoid people don't matter much that can be hindrance to your personality development.

4. Physical Strength and mentally strong.

You're aware of physical health. You avoid bad habits like drinking, smoking and other substance that can stimulate your mood. You exercise and health foods as good diet. If the body is good, the mind will follow. Having healthy mind is as just a healthy body.


5. Emotional Intelligence.

You gain emotional stability as an self mastery. You don't overthink for accidental actions that you're not aware of. Now you are rationale with your thoughts as your emotions follows to get a better mood. choose to be happy.

6. Old pattern breaking.

Your cognition improved. You gain new things not just stacking yourself beneath those comfort zone and negative reactions.
Your being more happy than embarrassed.
You gain more focus.

7. FORGIVING YOURSELF.

in some ways of variation , forgiveness is hard specially if the trauma is deeply wounded you. But look at you know! you accept anf forget, to forgive everything, specialized within yourself! nice!

"Healing is more hard than having a trauma, sometimes you don't know where to start. "

but now, there you are...

September is a national su***de prevention month.

Depression is not just about being lonely, like no one will understand you to those agony, regrets, aches, pain and emotional stuff keep isolated into wandering world of sadness.
Depression is not just about being sad. It comes with different reason and various signs. you may burst into tears, rage with anger or even laughing while hiding your real emotions like no one will ever know.

Depression is a new stage of hoping and building yourself up down from blindness in different causes into same feelings like everyone might also.

Come to think of this.
You are not alone just reach out the best solution and most helpful way to find. yourself again.

Note: don't self diagnose. You should talk or consult to a professional or authorized psychiatric personel. Include also those personel who has broad knowledge about mental health.
