Last September 14, 2025, BIOCARE INC. proudly participated in Run MedTech: Takbo Para sa Manggagawang Pangkalusugan, a meaningful event dedicated to honoring and supporting our healthcare workers.

The activity brought together medical professionals, industry partners, and advocates who share one common goal — to recognize the dedication, sacrifice, and resilience of our manggagawang pangkalusugan. More than just a fun run, the event symbolized unity, wellness, and our collective commitment to strengthening the healthcare community.

As part of the medtech industry, we believe that supporting healthcare workers goes beyond providing innovative solutions. It means standing with them, promoting health and wellness, and participating in initiatives that uplift and empower the very people who serve on the frontlines.

Biocare Inc., in partnership with VitalScientific, was honored to participate in the PCQACL Exhibit Booth held on October 08–10, 2025 at Crowne Plaza Hotel.

The event brought together Medical Technologists, Medical Laboratory Scientists, and Clinical Pathologistsnationwide in celebration of 25 years of quality in clinical laboratory services, reinforcing the collective commitment to advancing Laboratory Medicine through excellence and quality laboratory practices.

As part of our participation, we invited Mr. Sebastien Care, Senior Application Specialist of VitalScientific France, who conducted a product presentation on Selectra Mach5, highlighting its new benchtop clinical chemistry system—a solution designed to support laboratories on their journey toward ISO 15189 accreditation.

Biocare Inc. proudly participated in the Alagang OWWA Health and Wellness Caravan held at OWWA Hong Kong, reinforcing its commitment to accessible healthcare and preventive screening for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs).

The event was successfully attended by over 400 to 500 OFWs, who visited and actively joined the caravan to avail of essential health services. As part of Biocare Inc.’s contribution, free health screening tests were provided, including blood sugar, triglycerides, cholesterol, and uric acid testing, helping participants gain valuable insights into their health status.

Through this initiative, Biocare Inc. supported OWWA’s mission of promoting early detection, disease prevention, and overall wellness among OFWs, empowering them to take proactive steps toward better health despite the challenges of working abroad.

We remain committed to advancing health awareness and bringing reliable diagnostic solutions closer to communities, both locally and globally.

InnoVD by Biocare: Innovation Driven, Diagnostics Redefined

On December 2, 2025, Biocare marked a defining moment with the first-ever InnoVD product launch, an evening that brought together partners, clinicians, and leaders united by a single purpose. We extend our sincere gratitude to our partners at Abbott and Response Biomedical, as well as to every guest whose presence and engagement made this pioneering event truly meaningful. The energy in the room reflected a shared conviction: that innovation must always serve people first, and that progress begins when knowledge is openly exchanged.

We proudly unveiled the Afinion 2 Analyzer, delivering rapid and highly accurate testing for diabetes management, alongside the RAMP 200, a powerful platform for cardiac and infectious disease markers designed for moments when every second matters. These technologies represent more than advancement; they represent earlier decisions, faster interventions, and better outcomes for Filipino patients across both cities and provinces.

What distinguished InnoVD was not only what we launched, but how we launched it. Through immersive exhibits, interactive learning, and thoughtful dialogue, InnoVD trailblazes a new experience for product marketing, where education meets experience, and clients become collaborators in innovation. This is just the beginning. Together, we will continue to elevate point-of-care diagnostics and build a healthier Philippines, one result at a time.

Together with Werfen, we introduce capture technology (Solid-Phase Red Cell Adherence, SPRCA) as a highly sensitive and specific transfusion testing method that detects clinically significant antibodies often missed by traditional Gel methods.
