1. In-Patient Healthcare Services – Hospital confinement, charge to MBL
(Room and board / Operating, ICU, Recovery room / Blood transfusion and intravenous; except blood product / X-ray, Laboratory and Diagnostic laboratory procedure / Doctor fees / CT Scan and MRI / Other hospital confinement services deemed necessary by a designated physician)
2. Out-Patient Services – FREE
(APE; Basic 5 physical exam, chest x-ray, urinalysis, fecalysis, and CBC / Unlimited Check-up / Immunization except cost of vaccine / Counseling on health habits, Diet and family planning / Recording and review of medical history)
3. Laboratory and Diagnostic Procedures – confirmation test; charge to MBL
(X-ray / CT Scan / Basig Mammography / 2d Echo with Dopper / treadmill test / Ultrasound / Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) / Electromyography (EMG) / Nuclear test / Other services deemed necessary by accredited doctor)
4. Emergency Care Services – imminent danger or in severe pain due to an illness or injury; confinement or out-patient; charge to MBL)
5. Dental Care -FREE immediate extraction
