My first almost 3km walk after having a mild stroke this date last month, glad to have grass and siblings prayers, i fastly recovered, over 90% if i may rate it, to God be the glory!

MY EXPERIENCE (posted Aug 3/2020)
I usually change supplements every few months, did stopped also taking barley grass, but 12 days back i suffered a mild stroke, feel weak all over my body, thought it was just because the weather is too hot. It's strange coz on my third day my sp*ech was different seems my tounqe is twisting, my arms lost its control, and my knees cannot hold my weight, and as i walk my foot throws farther every step, then i decide to go for a check up, started to worry and cry.
The doctor came and show me the results, my sugar is too high, that make me p*e so much, might be throwing my potassium, and as my potassium is not normal it triggers my hypertension, bp shoots up, stroke is about to happen, whew, God is so good, i had the time to correct my sugar, my potassium, my bp, with the help of my doctor, the meds and , and the of my family, am recovering fast, good as new.
