👉Steps to take when you first get
your iTeraCare device

iTeraCare Classic Settings

Setting 1 – High Speed / Low Heat
Setting 2 – Low Speed / Low Heat

The only difference between the settings is the heat and the speed, all settings emit the exact same frequency.

Use the lower heat setting on the face and the higher heat settings on the thicker parts of the body.

Hold about 2-3 inches away from the body or further if you find it too hot for your skin.

Whole body:
- With a distance of 3-4 cm, use the device vertically.
�Speed:
- Your suitable preference in speed. High speed produced high heat/temperature
�Method:
- Vertically, Circular, and Zigzag
�Therapy Session:
- Specific Area:15-20 minutes
- Full Body: 30-40 minutes.
- Use daily not more than 2 hours for those with a weaker body, elderly and young children

Direction:
- Start with palms and move onto the bottom of the foot for about 1-2 minutes each.
- Use on the back of the body for 2-3 minutes at room temperature to 25 C or warmer

(1) starting from the center of the spine, move up and down
�(2) from the spine, move sideways left and right and move to the buttocks
�(3) arms: starting from the shoulders, move towards the hand and fingers
�(4) lower limbs: starting from the buttocks, move towards the sides and move downwards to the legs and toes
�(5) chest: starting from the neck, move down to the collar bone and chest, avoid the ni**le
�(6) upper limbs: starting from the ribs, move towards the center and move to the lower limbs
�(7) head area: starting from the top of the head, move in a circular motion around the head
�(8) face: move in a circular motion around the face
