PCNL for large staghorn kidnwy stones

Interesting case of a bladder neck diverticulum causing bladder outlet obstruction.
MRI shows contrast inside the cystic structure, distinguishibg it from Brunn's Cyst (bladder neck Cysts). The connection and diverticular neck was visualized during cystourethroscopy. An endoscopic unroofing was done using bipolar collins knife. Final cystourethroscopy showed an unobstructed bladder outlet
