Tayo po ay magkakaroon ng libreng pagbakuna laban sa FLU para sa ating mga pasyente sa Cancer and Hematology Division. Kung kayo po ay CANCER SURVIVOR o OFF CHEMOTHERAPY patients ng lagpas na 3 buwan, at nais magpabakuna, makipag ugnayan lamang sa ating FB CancerHemaTeleconsult Page at magpalista.

Petsa ng pagbakuna: SEPTEMBER 4 AT SEPTEMBER 11, 2024, 11AM SA PCMC.

Paunawa:
- Kayo po ay bibigyan ng clearance ng doktor, bago makatanggap ng bakuna.
- Ito ay first come, first serve basis

Magandang araw po!

Inaayayahan po ng Cancer and Hematology Division ng PCMC ang lahat ng cancer survivor at nag off chemotherapy sa isasagawang Annual Cancer Survivorship Party sa December 2, 2023, 8am hanggang 12pm, sa Multi-Purpose Hall ng PCMC.

To all our Cancer Survivor patients ages 8 and above,

We would like to invite you to a Hand-Building Pottery Workshop on May 20, 2023 (Saturday) 9am at PCMC Atrium (Globe area). Please note that full vaccination against Covid-19 is required for all participants and guardians.

Only 15 participants will be accepted with one guardian each. To register, please contact Sir Marr Lopez at 0917 844 1193.

Magandang araw po sa lahat. Inaanyayahan po namin ang ating mga warriors na off chemotherapy na po at ang mga childhood cancer survivors, edad 12-18 years old, AT ang kanilang mga magulang na lumahok sa isang survery tungkol sa pagkahanda sa paglipat sa isang doctor na pangmatanda or Transition Readiness.

Ang survey po ay pwedeng sagutan via Google Forms po. Isang questionnaire para sa patient AT isa po para sa magulang or guardian (links down below).
Ang resulta po ng mga survey ay gagawin namin pong gabay upang mas lalo pa pong maiayos ang serbisyo ng aming Transition Clinic ng Cancer and Hematology Center. Kung kayo po ay mga katanungan, isulat lang po sa comments section. Maraming salamat po:)

Good morning everyone!

The PCMC TWG for COVID 19 Vaccination Program would like to announce that PCMC will be one of the Pilot Launching Sites for COVID 19 Vaccination of 5-11 years old on Feb 4, 2022, Friday. With that, we will be having a ceremonial vaccination roll out on the said date where a number of kids will be vaccinated, depending on the supply of the orange cap Pfizer vaccine to be distributed by DOH, scheduled roll outs will be announced thereafter.

Please have your 5-11 year old patients and/or dependents/household members register here and wait for further announcements via SMS:

Steps for getting COVID 19 vaccination from PCMC
1. Register thru google forms, https://forms.gle/uCgBFS1HaZt1vhi89 *copy of your response will be sent to the indicated email
2. Wait for SMS/email confirmation of your child’s schedule
3. Bring required documents as indicated
4. Proceed on the vaccination site (PCMC lobby) on the day scheduled

Ang susunod na COVID 19 Vaccination para sa mga childhood cancer survivors po ng PCMC ay gaganapin na lang po sa OCTOBER 20 at OCTOBER 21, 2021. Sa kasalukuyan, ito na lang po ang mga petsa ng bakuna sa PCMC.
Kung kayo po ay interesado, pwede na po kayo magpalista. Salamat po!
