If your payment is not received by November 25, 2025, your slot will be given to players on the waiting list.
PRIORITY POLICY:
Batch 2000 will prioritize its sponsors, members, and close friends. Guests will be on a second-priority basis.
To ensure your guest’s inclusion, register them early.
"First come, first served basis."
Guest confirmations will be announced in the respective group chats by December 15, 2025. Confirmed guests must pay their tournament fee on or before December 29, 2025. (Strictly No Onsite Payment)
FLIGHT GROUPING:
Please text your flightmates (4 players per flight) to our Tournament Director: Dr. Rechell Bulandoz at 0918-908-1591 for flight arrangements.
All flight members must be paid by the deadline to avoid issues on tournament day.
NO-SHOW POLICY:
In previous tournaments, some players confirmed but did not pay or show up, leaving others on the waiting list unable to join. Please be considerate and confirm responsibly.
