📢 WE'RE HIRING: ACCOUNTING CLERK

General Role:
Performs routine accounting and clerical tasks to ensure accurate recording of daily financial transactions in the healthcare facility.

Focus on:
📌 Accuracy
📌 Documentation
📌 Timely recording of financial data

Supervision:
Works under the supervision of the Accounting Officer or Finance Head.

Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or Business Administration (major in Accounting or Finance)
✅ Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Office Applications
✅ Must possess data entry accuracy and records management
✅ At least 1–2 years of experience in accounting, billing, or clerical financial work. Experience in hospital, clinic, or dialysis center setting is an advantage.
✅ Vocational or Technical Certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping may be accepted with relevant experience.

Accuteqs Renal Center is here to guide you through every step. Before your first session, make sure you’ve got the essentials ready:

1. Referral letter from attending physician/ Hemodialysis Order/Medical Abstract and updated list of medicines.
2. Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet (last three (3) treatments) from dialysis center.
3. HbsAg, Anti-HCV, Anti-HBc total results within the last three (3) months.
4. Latest (within one month) laboratory blood test result: CBC, BUN, Sodium, Potassium, Albumin, Phosphorus, and Calcium.
5. Recent Chest X-ray.
6. PhilHealth Member Data Record (MDR).
7. Two (2) Government/Valid ID.
- PhilHealth Dialysis Database (PDD) Registration (signed by physician) if not registered
8. Certificate of PhilHealth consumption from previous dialysis center or hospital confinement.
