Ang House Bill No. 3722 o ang panukalang batas na mag-aamyenda sa "Magna Carta for Persons with Disability" ay higit pa pagbabago—it’s an urgent update and a direct investment in human potential. Narito ang ilang mga punto para mas mapalakas pa ang ating batas:

✅ 𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐇𝐋𝐘 𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐃
P500 monthly stipend para sa indigent PWDs na may severe disabilities (may safeguards para maiwasan ang double benefits sa mga nakakatanggap na ng katulad na tulong).

✅ 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐃𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐒
Itinuturing nang essential, hindi luho, ang assistive tech tulad ng specialized software, prosthetics, at hearing aids.

Libre ang assistive devices at services, kabilang ang prosthetics, sign language interpreters, at job coaching.

✅ 𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄 𝐏𝐖𝐃 𝐈𝐃𝐬
Para sa may permanent disabilities—wala nang paulit-ulit na renewal.

✅ 𝐖𝐀𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐃 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐕𝐄𝐋 𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐒
Walang bayad na passport fees, travel taxes, at terminal fees para gawing mas accessible ang pagbiyahe at paglahok sa lipunan.

✅ 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐄𝐒
Institutionalized priority lanes sa lahat ng government at commercial establishments.

Isa itong malaking hakbang tungo sa lipunan na kung saan ang bawat Pilipino—anumang kakayahan—ay may dignidad, access, at patas na oportunidad. Patatagin pa natin ito 🇵🇭
