The 1st National and Regional Integrated Supply Planning and Consultative Meeting, held last February 23–27, 2026 at Canyon Cove Hotel & Spa, brought together national and regional leaders to align priorities, address operational challenges, and reinforce coordination across all levels of implementation.

Through open dialogue, shared accountability, and unified planning, we reaffirm our commitment to ensuring timely, efficient, and responsive delivery of health commodities for every Filipino.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | The Department of Health – Center for Health Development (DOH-CHD) CaLaBaRZon has successfully completed its CY 2026 ISO Surveillance Audit, following a two-day assessment conducted on February 26-27, 2026, by external auditor Ms. Gracia Remedios Veronica Em of Worldwide Quality Assurance.

The surveillance audit is a periodic review required to maintain ISO certification. It evaluated the processes and systems of DOH CHD CaLaBaRZon and compliance with established quality standards across all operational areas. This includes health service delivery, administrative procedures, and data management, all aligned with the requirements set by the Department of Health’s Quality Management System and ISO 9001:2015.

The DOH-CHD CaLaBaRZon, through collaborative efforts and a shared commitment to excellence, strives to enhance service delivery and promote the well-being of the Filipino people.

Pormal nang inilunsad sa Perez Park, Lucena City, ngayong araw, ika-27 ng Pebrero 2026 ang kauna-unahang Healthy Public Open Space sa bansa.

Layon ng inisyatibang ito na mas maitaguyod ang kalusugang pangkaisipan, pisikal at pang-komunidad ng publiko sa pamamagitan ng pagpapa-unlad ng mga bukas na espasyo gaya ng mga parke.

Isinagawa ang proyektong ito sa sama-samang pagtutulungan ng Department of Health, DOH Center for Health Development CaLaBaRZon at Quezon Provincial Government.

LOOK | The DOH CHD CALABARZON successfully conducted its 1st Collaboration and Harmonization Meeting among Laguna Provincial Health Office Program Managers, CHD Outcome Managers, and PDOHO Staff on February 24, 2026, at the ADEM Event Center, Brgy. Labuin, Sta. Cruz, Laguna.

The meeting focused on a comprehensive overview of Paragonimiasis, including treatment guidelines, environmental concerns, and crucial strategies for disseminating health education information. Updates on the Universal Health Care program were also discussed, fostering a unified approach to public health in the region.

The collaborative effort underscores a shared commitment to advancing public health and fostering community welfare in Laguna.

Ayon sa DOH at mga eksperto sa medisina, ang pagtawag na “healthy alternative” ang v**e ay isang marketing strategy ng mga nagbebenta ng produktong ito.
Mariing kinokondena ng DOH ang ganitong estilo sa pagbebenta ng v**e —nicotine salt man o freebase, dahil sa mga epekto nito sa baga.
Sinangayunan naman ito ng mga mambabatas at sinabing butas-butas, pangit, at masakit ang nangyayari sa baga dahil sa EVALI o E-cigarette or Va**ng Use-Associated Lung Injury.
