****FDA Advisory No.2025-1363 || Relocation of the FDA Cashier and Records Releasing Services****

In line with the Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) commitment to a more effective and efficient public service delivery, please be advised of the relocation of its frontline services.

Effective 06 October 2025 (Monday), all transactions involving the FDA Cashier and the FDA Records Releasing Unit will be conducted at the following new address:

8th Floor, Kingston Excel Building Civic Drive,
Filinvest City,
Alabang, Muntinlupa City

This measure is part of the organizational adjustments aimed at improving our operational efficiency, pursuant to Republic Act No. 9711, also known as the "Food and Drug Administration Act of 2009," and its implementing rules and regulations.

All concerned stakeholders are advised to proceed to the new location for all cashiering and releasing transactions starting on the effective date.

A licensing seminar for FDA Center for Drug Regulation and Research stakeholders which aims to provide information on the rules and regulations prescribing the requirements and procedures in the application for License to Operate (LTO) for drug distributors (importers, wholesalers, exporters) and drug outlets. The topics include the requirements, procedure for application thru EServices Portal System, as well as the schedule of fees and charges processing time.
