What is the right way to remove a mole? Is it through laser or complete excision?

Our patient had a complete excision of a mole on his upper eyebrow. After removing the mole, we sent it to the laboratory for histopathology examination. After 2 weeks, results came out and good news it is a benign nevus and we were able to remove the mole completely.

So the answer to the question is it depends on the mole, moles that are growing, looks suspicious and needs to be biopsied have to be removed completely.
