Giving training is different from doing therapy.

In training you expect accountability, willingness to learn, and professionalism in your participants.
In therapy, you expect nothing from your clients, and meeting them where they are in their healing journey.

My stance and expectations are different in therapy session and in training. If you want to learn how to do trauma therapy, then you need to cultivate values and behaviors expected in the field that you're getting into.

You will not get the same treatment in a therapy session if you're under training, because I will definitely expect more from you.

2022 I only want to learn more about trauma, and prayed that what I have learned in the United States (GCAT) be shared here in the Philippines. Fast forward 2025, that simple prayer was answered. Not only it was answered but it became my mission and purpose.

After running my last training for this year, my heart felt at peace and a sense of fulfillment. I was not perfect and even had some issues along the way, but I did the best that I could, and I continued doing what I need to do.

Perseverance is better than perfection. Never let others perception stop you from fulfilling your mission.
