Habang hinihintay ko pa un mga MATATAPOS NA ORTHODONTIC CASES KO (I HAVE A HANDFUL😊😊💯), dito muna tayo sa SURGERY NG UPPER 3RD MOLAR.💪💪

Dapat pa din piliin ang gagawa nito, dapat un may FORMAL TRAINING SA ORAL SURGERY.

Kasi kagaya nito, malapit sya sa SINUS. AT NAKAKURBADA NG HUSTO UN UGAT.

HINDI DIN KITA SA XRAY ITO, KAYA IMPORTANTE ANG EXPERIENCE SA MAGTATANGGAL NITO.

Dahil pag basta na lang ito BINUNOT, pwedeng sumama ang SINUS FLOOR, pwedeng mag iba ang TONO ng BOSES mo hanggat hindi narerepair ang SINUS.

Un una "CONCRESCENCE", ito un magkadikit un dalawang Ngipin. Pinatanggal na din nya un Lower Wisdom Tooth nya na KURBADA ang mga UGAT.

Un pangalawa, 3 un ugat nung Lower First Molar nya, manipis lang un mga roots at nakadikit sa buto kaya ayun naputol. Pero matagumpay naman na natanggal natin un mga ROOT TIPS!!!♥️♥️♥️

It' s been awhile since our last post!

We were too busy finishing cases, and this is one of them! This patient was a Denture wearer, unfortunately, the teeth were too small. So we regained the space to allow placement of a bigger Bridgework or a Fixed Prosthesis. The Anterior Crossbite and Class 2 Canine Relationships were also addressed!

Functional Crossbite? We got you!😉

Sa unang tingin, maganda ang Midlines, but if you look closely on the left side of the patient, you will notice a Crossbite. And from there, we can draw a conclusion that what we have is a PSEUDO MIDLINE COINCIDENCE. And this faulty bite has led to FACIAL ASYMMETRY. Ibig sabihin tumagilid ang mukha ng Patient dahil sa maling pagkagat niya.

The BOTTOM picture now shows the corrected bite, and the LOWER MIDLINE HAS NOW SHIFTED TO THE RIGHT AND IS COINCIDENT WITH THE FACIAL MIDLINE!

Currently, Dr. Patiño is now moving the UPPER MIDLINE TO MAKE IT COINCIDE WITH THE LOWER MIDLINE!

THIS IS EVIDENCE BASED ORTHODONTICS!
