Glimmers from our pop-up classes at Movement Space in San Fernando, Pampanga! ✨

Together, we started the year with intention-- creating space for both rest and resillience.

We began with Hele sa Duyan, a deeply restorative aerial yoga and sound bath experience held by Simula Co-Founder .mnl alongside Movement Space Co-Founder . Nestled in hammocks, we allowed our bodies to soften and receive sound healing, immersed in nature. 🎶😌

The next morning, we moved and chilled out through Breathe Strong, a blend of breathwork, a mindful strength flow, and an ice bath that supported grounding, resilience, and focus with Coach . 💪🧊

Grateful to share the SIMULA experience with the beautiful MS community and friends from Pampanga.

To everyone who came, thank you for the warm welcome, the stories shared, and for the core memories we co-created together. 🥹

Ever wonder what it's like to have a full body massage AND a sound bath-- at the same time? 👀

Welcome to Sound Spa-- a special massage & sound bath experience held in collaboration with Nuat Thai Capitol Hills. 🤍✨🎶💆‍♀️

Recently, we had the great honor of transforming the most beautiful Nuat Thai branch in Metro Manila into an urban retreat center for an evening of self-care.

It was initially an experiment-- we often get comments that our sound bath experiences feel like massages for the soul-- so we thought, why not integrate the experience with an actual physical body massage? 🤔

What unfolded was beyond our expectations. Each person came in with their own intentions and heaviness, but came out blissfully zen and regulated-- minds clear, hearts full, and bodies fully relieved of tension.

Truly an evening good vibrations, soulful conversations, and total mind, body, and soul relaxation. 😌

Thank you to those who came to experience it firsthand, and to Nuat Thai Capitol Hills team for saying "yes!"

Mt. Banahaw has a way of calling you, reminding who you are and where you come from. ⛰️

Revisiting the magic of Balik-Tanaw sa Banahaw, our first wellness tourism retreat themed around heritage healing.

In this safe and nurturing space, we took a break from city life to pause, reflect, reconnect, and honor Filipino wisdom-- rediscovering the sweet spot where traditional healing meets modern life, and uncovering new parts of ourselves in the process. 🤲

Over the weekend, we shared stories, immersed in a restorative somatic breathwork and sound baths, mindful movement, experienced traditional Hilot with a local healer, and went on a sacred pilgrimage hike called "Pamumuwesto," where we immersed in traditional rituals on the Mountain itself-- symbolizing one's soul journey. 🕯

We cleansed and balanced our energy in waterfalls, prayed for our loved ones in caves, offered our deepest wishes to the Divine, and moved forward and let go the weight of our past. It was a meaningful experience that left us emerging deeply renewed in mind, body, and spirit.

On the last day, we closed in gratitude, joined by the family of the late Maestro Boy Fajardo-- who shared personal stories of their ancestral home and hilot lineage. 💆‍♀️

Thank you to our participants for walking this sacred, adventurous journey with us! It was an intimate group but your stories made this retreat rich and beautiful. 🤍

Grateful to our partner Banahaw Circle Nature Retreat, for lovingly hosting us and providing us a sanctuary for the weekend and the delicious slow food!.
