To provide a healthy and exceptional care to mother and child in the beginning of life. Service Excellence. Providing an environment enriched with the best quality of care, efficiency and a hardworking team. Manner of Conduction:
• Time-bounded and prompt delivery of care that is tailored fit for the patient's need.
• Follows- through the objectives and protocols aligned with the company and departments' policy.
• Acknowledges the importance of team work in achieving a common goal for the best interest of the patient and in upholding the name of TMA.

2. Integrity and Compassion. Manifesting the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles with the capability of showing compassion, trustworthiness and empowerment to patients specially in challenged situations. Manner of Conduction:
• Takes accountability for own action and displays sound, moral judgement and ethical principles in accordance with the facility.
• Displays genuine empathy by asking, recognizing and assisting in the emotional and physical needs of the patient.
• Giving encouragement by exhibiting patience and willingness to immediately assist the patient when the need arises.

3. Professionalism. Demonstrating competence in their respective expertise and in upholding the code of conduct of the facility. Manner of Conduction:
• Strictly abide with the company's policies, protocols and standards.
• Participates in Continuous Medical Education in order to provide innovative and updated management suited for every patient.

Birthing Home will remain open 24 hours.
