🗣️ Be a Mental Wellness Facilitator! 📣

DMR Psychological Services is launching a training program designed to equip dedicated and empathetic individuals with the skills and strategies necessary to administer mental health first aid, ensuring they are sufficiently prepared to provide immediate, high-quality support to those in need of mental health assistance.

This is open to ALL individuals, 18 years old and above, with or without a background in Psychology.

We are inviting:
🔱 Organizations: people leaders, managers, supervisors, HR personnel
🔱 Schools: teachers, administrators, parents
🔱 Communities: leaders, church ministers, social workers, barangay leaders
🔱 YOU, with the passion to help others.

Come join us on the following training dates:
🗓️ Batch 6: February 14, 2026, Saturday, 9AM-5PM, Online via Zoom.
Training and Certification Fee: P3,500.00 only.
Camera on required.

🗓️ Batch 7: February 21, 2026, Saturday, 9AM-5PM, In-Person at Unit 3B, 3rd Floor, The West Wing Building, West Avenue, Quezon City.
Training and Certification Fee: 5,000.00 (snacks and lunch included)

DMR Psychological Services is inviting you to FREE learning sessions this January and February 2026!

Join us as we open honest conversations about mental health to increase awareness and break myths, as well as address the expectations society has of men that often negatively affect their mental health.

Beyond what we know already, let's join these sessions to continue enriching our knowledge about mental health.

Our wellness sessions are set on the following schedules:

Session 1: Beyond the Silence: Empowering Mental Wellness Through Awareness and Strength, January 31, 2026 (Saturday) at 2:00 PM via Zoom

Session 2: Beyond the "Man Up" Narrative: Redefining Strength and Courage, February 07, 2026 (Saturday) at 2:00 PM via Zoom
