Kinilala ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Quezon at Unilab Inc. ang mga pribadong lying-in clinics na pumasa at nagpakita ng mataas na pamantayan sa maternal, neonatal, child health, at nutrition (MNCHN) sa ginanap na Seal of Excellence (SoE) Awarding Ceremony.

Ang Seal of Excellence ay isang quality label na iginagawad sa mga private lying-in clinics na tumutupad sa requirements tulad ng DOH License to Operate, PhilHealth Accreditation, Sanitary Permit, at pagiging bahagi ng City Service Delivery Network (SDN).

Para sa 2025 SoE Awarding, 49 clinics ang matagumpay na nakatugon sa lahat ng pamantayan at ginawaran ng Seal of Excellence.

Nakiisa sa awarding ceremony sina Quezon City Health Department Head Dr. Ramona Asuncion DG. Abarquez, Department of Health NCR Regional Director Dr. Lester Tan, at PhilHealth NCR Vice President Dr. Bernadette Lico.
