In line with the university’s call for activities for the Commemoration of the 53rd Anniversary of the Declaration of Martial Law under the theme, “Laging Manalig, Patuloy na Magtaya," the Political Psychology of Democratization Research Laboratory of the Department of Psychology from the Dr. Rosita G. Leong School of Social Sciences proudly presents, 𝐀 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡-𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟏𝟗𝟕𝟒 𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐢𝐭 𝐒𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞.

Facilitated by Professor Emeritus Cristina J. Montiel, this event aims to share with the Ateneo community current findings from an ongoing research of a seemingly obscure event, that is profoundly significant in the greater narrative of the then martial law. The event details are as follows:
