Are you interested in improving your resilience to prepare for the upcoming semester? If so, sign up for our FREE Katatagan Plus program!
Katatagan Plus is an evidence- and community-based mental health and early intervention program for individuals at risk for mental health issues. The program uses a bio-psycho-social-spiritual framework and aims to help individuals experiencing adversity develop adaptive coping skills such as emotion regulation, stress management, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills in order for them to become more resilient. These skills can help in managing challenges both in the short and long term.
The program will be conducted online for 8 modules facilitated once a week, on weekends from September until November. Certificates of completion will be given to those who complete all 8 sessions and the pre- and post-test evaluations. Please note that this program is not a replacement for psychotherapy.

About Ateneo Psyche

With its members coming from various disciplines, Ateneo Psyche is the premier psychology organization of Ateneo de Manila University. It is founded on the collective purpose of communicating psychological knowledge, advocating for mental health, and developing a community that places primary concern on the well-being of the human psyche.

In sharing relevant information about psychology, Ateneo Psyche hopes to give insight into the value of such knowledge, specifically in its application for the benefit of society. Its advocacy of mental health aims to prevent stigma from interfering with mental health care by clarifying the reality of mental disorders, especially in the national context.

In a community where people come first, members of the organization are encouraged to contribute to the development of psychology, of the self, and of the Filipino nation. Projects and other efforts of Ateneo Psyche include seminar-workshops by professionals of psychology, visits to the National Center for Mental Health, publications for Psyche Today, and promotions for Mental Health Awareness Week among many more initiatives.

Ateneo Psyche. Where people come first.
