RenewHealth A Social Enterprise for Community-Based Mental Health

31/12/2025

Change doesn’t happen all at once, it happens through people, partnerships, and persistence. As we close the year, we look back on the milestones that moved us closer to accessible, community-based mental health for all. 💙

Thank you to our partners for walking this journey with us. Happy New Year!

Here’s to a healthier 2026 and even stronger partnerships ahead.

RenewHealth PH is honored to receive the Madadayaw Award from the Ilocos Center for Health Development, recognizing our partnership in strengthening Community-Based Mental Health in the region.

This award was presented during the Gawad Kalusugan 2025 on December 11, 2025 in San Fernando, La Union.

Thank you to our partners at DOH Ilocos Region CHD for trusting us in this important work. Here’s to continued collaboration and a healthier, more resilient future for all.

As we continue this work, we invite LGUs, institutions, and organizations to partner with us in bringing Community-Based Mental Health to more areas across the Philippines. Together, we can make mental health support accessible to every Filipino.🩷✨

Join us later!

This week on Wellness Wednesdays, we’re focusing on how to truly make the holidays happy — not just festive on the outside, but nourishing on the inside too. 🎄✨

In “Making Your Holidays Happy,” we talk about caring for your mental and emotional well-being amid year-end pressures, family expectations, and the rush of Christmas preparations. Together with Dr. Gina Hechanova-Alampay and Ms. Trix Co, we explore gentle, realistic ways to stay grounded, connected, and well during the holiday season.

The first step in tackling su***de is having someone to talk to, making sure you are not alone.

Here in the Philippines, there are several hotlines providing affordable, accessible crisis services to all Filipinos in need.

To all those struggling with depression and suicidal thoughts - or who know a loved one currently in battle - please be aware and share of the resources available.

Know that you are not and will never be alone. There will always be someone who can help.
