📢 We’re Hiring – Office Staff!
Pharma Quest Co is seeking a reliable and organized Office Staff member to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a vital part in daily operations and clerical tasks.
We are looking for individuals with exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities who are capable of prioritizing assignments effectively and completing them on time. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a focus on customer service are essential qualities for this position.
📌 Key Duties & Responsibilities:
🔹 Assist the Supervisor and Key Accounts Executive
🔹 Prepare Letter Offers and Request for Quotation (RFQ) forms
🔹 Assist in the preparation of bidding documents (ITB)
🔹 Assist in preparing accreditation requirements
🔹 Prepare Sales Orders, Sales Invoices, and Delivery Receipts
🔹 Update and maintain trackers (RFQ summary, Bidding tracker, Sales Order tracker, etc.)
🔹 Monitor and follow up submitted quotations and results
🔹 Follow up collections of unpaid transactions
🔹 Assist in vaccine preparation for dispatch to customer units
🔹 Prepare correspondence (letters, authorizations, etc.)
🔹 Handle communications via phone, fax, and email
🔹 Encode data and monitor PHILGEPS opportunities
Requirements and Qualifications:
✅ College-level or Senior High School Graduate
✅ Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Suite
✅ Confidence in using office machinery (printers, photocopiers, etc.)
✅ Fast and proficient typist
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service skills
