Last February 26, 2026, we partnered with the Commission on Elections and MSD Philippines to conduct an HPV lay lecture for 70 COMELEC employees.

Led by Dr. Bogs Rivera of CerviQ, the session focused on raising awareness about HPV, its risks, and the importance of prevention through education and informed health decisions.

🔹 Prepare Letter Offers and Request for Quotation (RFQ) forms
🔹 Assist in the preparation of bidding documents (ITB)
🔹 Assist in preparing accreditation requirements
🔹 Prepare Sales Orders, Sales Invoices, and Delivery Receipts
🔹 Update and maintain trackers (RFQ summary, Bidding tracker, Sales Order tracker, etc.)
🔹 Monitor and follow up submitted quotations and results
🔹 Follow up collections of unpaid transactions
🔹 Assist in vaccine preparation for dispatch to customer units
🔹 Prepare correspondence (letters, authorizations, etc.)
🔹 Handle communications via phone, fax, and email
🔹 Encode data and monitor PHILGEPS opportunities

Requirements and Qualifications:
✅ College-level or Senior High School Graduate
✅ Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Suite
✅ Confidence in using office machinery (printers, photocopiers, etc.)
✅ Fast and proficient typist
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service skills
