REFLECTION AND PRAYERS FOR TODAY

THE PROPER TIME
Luke 1:20
"But because you have not believed my words, WHICH WILL COME TRUE AT THE PROPER TIME, you will be mute and unable to speak until this has happened." Luke 1:20.
The above verse was the reply angel Gabriel gave to Zachariah, after he doubted the message that was delivered to him. We should focus on the sentence: "WHICH WILL COME TRUE AT THE PROPER TIME." This will be the key point of our reflection today. When the angel gave the message to Zachariah, he made him to be aware that it will happen at the proper time, meaning that it was not going to happen instantly but when the time is ripe.
As children of God, we may have seen and received many promises and revelation from God, regarding things He wants to do in our lives. But overtime, we begin to doubt if what we saw or heard from God is true or not. Do not doubt God because you are yet to see the manifestation of what He said He will do. At the appointed time, you will see it happen for you. It may even be when you don't expect. The message today is to have faith in God and believe in His promises. Keep hoping patiently for the fulfillment of His word, message/revelation.
While waiting, it is important to cultivate the habit of prayer, reminding God of what He wants to do, and praying against any obstacle that may want to hinder you from receiving the promises of God. Always pray against any evil barrier, force or limitation of darkness which may be trying to operate spiritually against you. Remember how the answer to Daniel's prayer was hindered for a while by the prince of Persia, until angel Michael had to intervene. Pray hard while you wait. Do not fold your hands and wait for the appointed time without praying and working.
PRAYER FOR TODAY
31-DAY PRAYER AGAINST ABORTION
(Day Thirty, 30th July 2022)
Intention: Pray for the end and total eradication of abortion all over the world through the power and authority of God the Father.
The following prayers are to be said:
1. Total Eradication Prayer
2. Chaplet of the Precious Blood
3. Litany to the Precious Blood
4. Consecration to the Precious Blood.
