The President is an American expatriate, living and working in Manila with his family, a wife and 3 children since June of 2012. His wife is a key principal responsible for business development. The president has been in the healthcare field since 1990, both in pharmaceuticals and medical devices, achieving higher level positions. Prior to venturing into healthcare, he honed his leadership skills as a United States Marine Corps Officer, after graduating from college. His wife was on the service provider side as an OR nurse for 10 years, working in Eastern Europe, where she honed her skills managing patients with catastrophic conditions in the emergency room setting and operating room; she specialized in orthopedics. Our company's focus has been with large ASCs (ambulatory surgery clinics), and we currently have several new contracts pending and/or approved with the largest brands in the nation. These large branded ASCs generate most of their business from BPO clients, and we have a keen and in depth array of knowledge on what drives the growth of these clinics. Further, our understanding of how these clinics manage their large BPO customers' employees health and wellness needs gives us a unique insight into some key areas of challenges and importance for BPO clients. We provide diagnostic products either for direct purchase, or under a creative tie-up program that allows for a zero-cost implementation program, with no maintenance cost to customers also. Thus, giving a risk-free way to those clinics on a budget, or who prefer zero financial risk. However, growth into other non-cardiology areas has recently occurred based upon customer demands (I.e. Lung diseases). We also offer a therapeutic option through an in-clinic pharmacy tie-up option. In conclusion, CardioSource Medical Equipment, Inc. was formed as a need to have a dedicated engine in the area of diagnostics, focused primarily in the area of chronic cardiology-related diseases.

Purpose: To provide an overview of company's history, focus, and capabilities. Executive Summary: CardioSource Medical Equipment, Inc. received its LTO in November of 2014. Thus, giving a risk-free way to those clinics on a budget, or who prefer zero financial risk. However, growth into other non-cardiology areas has recently occurred based upon customer demands (I.e. Lung diseases). Beginning in April, we will offer a therapeutic option through a co-promotion with BK Pharma and MedExpress. This will allow greater continuity in care and convenience for all of our customers and their patients. In conclusion, CardioSource Medical Equipment, Inc. was formed as a need to have a dedicated engine in the area of diagnostics, focused primarily in the area of chronic cardiology-related diseases.
