Welcome to Flux Movement Studio! If it’s your first time joining our classes, here are a few quick tips to help you have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Before Your Class
Please plan to arrive about 15 minutes before your class so you have enough time to check in and get settled before we begin.
Check-In
Once you arrive, simply check in at the front desk, and our team will guide you to your class.
What to Wear
Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move freely during the session.
What to Bring
We recommend bringing:
• A water bottle — we have a water dispenser available for refills
• A towel, especially for yoga or mat-based classes
You may bring your own mat, but mats are also available for rent at the studio, so no mat, no problem.
For SSE and Elevate classes, we recommend avoiding jewelry, as it may snag on the equipment and could cause injury.
Grip gloves are optional for SSE if you prefer additional support during the exercises.
Facilities
We also have shower facilities available, so you can freshen up after your class if needed.
