CMD is the BEST!

FIRST TIME to experience LOWER BACK PAIN during MENSTRUATION.

I asked my husband to buy CMD because I can't tolerate the pain though it's not that severe, but I can't concentrate on my chair, that's why.

I put 5 drops of CMD in a cup of my drinking water.

Then after a few minutes, the pain is gone.

At ito pa! Excuse po ha. 🙂

After 30 minutes,, may lumabas na namuong dugo, kapag normal kasi is konti lang yung mga ganon usually. Ladies, you know what it looks like, right?

Na ito ang nagpapasakit sa ating puson, lower and upper back pain, at ano pa mang sakit na nararamdaman during monthly period or what we call DYSMENORRHEA.
