Kung may ubo, sipon, at pananakit ng katawan, magpahinga at uminom ng paracetamol at maraming tubig, sapagkat nawawala naman eto after a few days.

NEVER take antibiotics para sa simpleng ubo at sipon. Taking antibiotics for flu is considered antibiotic overuse at hindi ito maganda. Hindi dapat ginagamot ng antibiotics ang simpleng flu.
