NOVEMBER 10, 2025 (MONDAY)
Please be informed that, due to the suspension of work in government offices in Metro Manila in anticipation of Super Typhoon Uwan, the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) ncr will not be operational on November 10, 2025.

Clients with previously scheduled appointments will be accommodated on the next working day.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 106 dated 09 November 2025, issued by the Office of the President, and in view of the forecasted major impacts that will be brought about by Super Typhoon β€œUwan”, work in all government offices in the National Capital Region (NCR) is suspended on 10 November 2025.

Accordingly, the processing and issuance of Seafarer’s Record Book (SRB) and Seafarer's Identity Document (SID) at the MARINA Central Office will be SUSPENDED tomorrow, 10 November 2025.

Applicants with scheduled appointments on the said date may process their SRB and SID from 11 November 2025 to 21 November 2025.
