Ang AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) ay isang malubhang kondisyon na dulot ng HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus), na unti-unting sinisira ang immune system ng isang tao. Kapag humina ang panlaban ng katawan, nagiging mas madali para sa iba’t ibang sakit at impeksyon na umatake.

Mahalagang tandaan na ang AIDS ay hindi agad-agad na nakukuha sa simpleng pakikisalamuha, at ito ay maiwasan sa pamamagitan ng tamang kaalaman, ligtas na pakikipagtalik, at regular na pagpapasuri. Sa pamamagitan ng edukasyon, maagang pagsusuri, at wastong gamutan, maari nating mapigilan ang pagkalat nito at mabuhay nang may dignidad ang mga taong apektado.

WORLD IMMUNIZATION WEEK 2025 💉🌍
MAGPABAKUNA! Bakuna sa lahat, kayang-kaya!

Ang bakuna para sa isang tao, proteksyon para sa lahat. Kapag ikaw ay nagpabakuna, hindi lang ang sarili mo ang protektado, kundi pati na rin ang iyong pamilya 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, kaibigan 🤝, at komunidad 🏘️.

Ang bawat bakuna ay isang hakbang 🦶 patungo sa herd immunity 🛡️, kung saan ang sakit ay hindi madaling kumalat. Sa pagtutulungan, mas malakas tayo laban sa mga sakit 💪🦠.

Ang World Health Day ay isang global na itinaguyod para sa kalusugan at kaalaman tungkol sa mga isyung pangkalusugan. Layunin nito na magbigay-pansin sa mga mahalagang usapin sa kalusugan at maghikayat ng mga hakbang upang mapabuti ang kalidad ng buhay ng bawat isa. Sa buwan na ito, sabay-sabay ang buong mundo sa pagpapalaganap ng mga impormasyon at solusyon para sa mas malusog na kinabukasan.

Oral Health Month 2025 🦷🪥

Salubungin natin ng ngiti ang Pebrero dahil ngayong buwan ay ang Oral Health Month! Ito ang panahon upang magbigay halaga sa pag-aalaga ng ating mga ngipin para manatili ang ating magagandang ngiti. ✨

Ugaliing ingatan ang ating mga ngipin sa pamamagitan ng tamang pagsipilyo, pagkain ng masusustansyang pagkain, at pag-iwas sa mga matatamis at alak.

Huwag kalimutan kumonsulta sa iyong dentista upang matiyak ang kalusugan ng iyong mga ngipin at makakuha ng mga tamang rekomendasyon para sa mas malusog na ngipin at gilagid.
