​The X-ray made this extraction look like a breeze, but once we got to work, the "real" tooth had a different plan. What looked simple on screen required complex techniques to navigate. This tooth featured some seriously hooked roots that weren’t fully captured by the initial angle. Successfully navigating these tricky extractions is all about precision and adapting to the anatomy in real-time
