The Municipality of Rizal thru Rizal Rural Health Unit in partnership with Zamboanga del Norte Medical Center invites the public to participate in our upcoming walk-in blood donation activity this February.

๐๐๐ฆ๐๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ค๐จ๐๐ฅ๐๐ ๐๐ก๐ง๐ฆ:
To ensure a smooth process, please make sure you meet these basic criteria:
โข ๐๐ด๐ฒ: 18โ65 years old (16-17 years old are accepted with written parental consent).
โข ๐ช๐ฒ๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐: At least 110 lbs (50 kg).
โข ๐ฃ๐๐น๐๐ฒ & ๐๐ฃ: Within normal limits (We will check this on-site!).
โข ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น๐๐ต: Must be in good health with no symptoms of cough, cold, or fever.
โข ๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Please bring a Photo ID.
๐ก ๐ค๐จ๐๐๐ ๐ฃ๐ฅ๐๐ฃ ๐ง๐๐ฃ๐ฆ:
โข ๐ฆ๐น๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฝ: Get at least 6 hours of rest.
โข ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐: Eat a non-fatty meal before heading to the center (avoid oily/fried food).
โข ๐๐๐ฑ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ: Drink plenty of water before and after donating.
โข ๐๐น๐ฐ๐ผ๐ต๐ผ๐น: No alcohol intake for at least 24 hours prior to donation.
