Nagapanguna ang Roxas City sa may pinakamadamo nga kaso sang indibidwal nga na-infect sang Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) sa probinsya sang Capiz sumugod sang tuig 1988 tubtob Marso 2025.

Sandig sa datos sang Capiz Provincial Health Office (PHO), nakabalhag ang siyudad sang 385 ka kaso; ginsundan sang Panay – 61; Pontevedra – 45; Panitan – 44; Pilar – 43; Pres. Roxas kag Tapaz nga may 38 ka kaso; Mambusao – 35; Dao – 29; Dumarao – 27; Jamindan kag Sigma nga may – 26; Cuartero, Dumalag kag Ivisan nga may – 25; Maayon – 15; Sapian – 13 kag may isa ka unknown case.

Sa kabilugan, naglab-ot sa 901 ang tanan nga kaso sa probinsya humalin sang tuig 1988 tubtob Marso 2025.
