R. Colobong Eye Clinic is the first and only Ophthalmology Clinic in the Province of Quirino. Dr. Roger Junior C.

Colobong or Doc RJ, is a licensed medical doctor with a specialization in ophthalmology. He earned his medical degree at the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center (UERMMMC) in 2017 and did his post-graduate internship at the Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in 2018. In the same year, he took and passed the Physician Licensure Exam (PLE). He had his residency training in Ophthalmology at the UERMMMCI Department of Ophthalmology, where he served as the chief resident during his senior year. After completing his training, he has chosen to practice in the province to delivery quality and professional eye care that is individualized for each patient.
