Question: Pwede diay mo taas ang dengue cases sa ting init?

Answer: Pwede kaayo! Only in Samal Island lng ni mahitabo! Tungod ani nga mga factors:

1. Permi brownout - so ang uban maningkamot gyud ug pundo ug tubig ky kung walay kuryente, mawala mn sd ang tubig.
2. Possible nga walay cover ang mga sudlanan sa pinundo nga tubig - So kung naay gipang pundo nga mga tubig sa palibot unya walay taklob ang mga sudlanan, mahimo ni syang breeding ground sa mga lamok labi na sa klase sa lamok nga nag dala ug dengue ky magpuyo ni sila sa limpyo nga tubig.
3. Northern Davao Electric Cooperative Inc. a.k.a. NORDECO -Kung tarong lng unta ang inyong serbisyo dili na mag sigeg pundo ug tubig ang mga residente sa Isla nga mo resulta unta ug mubo or almost 0 nga kaso sa dengue.

Solution:

Friendly reminder on double-masking!

Double-masking is the method of wearing an additional mask on top of another to lower your risk of contracting COVID-19. Studies showed an improvement in mask performance and reducing COVID-19 transmission. It was concluded that ‘double-masking’ and knotting the ear loops of a 3-ply mask and adjusting it to fit snuggly to the face can provide greater protection for the mask-wearer and the people around them.

Remember that your mask needs to cover BOTH your mouth and your nose. Not just either-or.

Last but not least; let's not forget these too:

- Keep your distance ↔️
- Wash your hands with soap regularly 🧼
- Get vaccinated 💉

Dili ka kaginhawa or singot ang paminaw sa imong nawong? Pareha rata!

Wala ka nag inusara ug labaw na ang mga doctors ug nurses nga maoy nangatubang sa covid patients!
Pasalamat lng ta ky mask ug face shield lng atong sooton, sila? Mas daghan panag gipang soot kay nimo pero ilang gi antos ang kainit para maluwas ang kinabuhi sa uban!
