Ingredients (makes about 4 flatbreads):
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup all-purpose flour

Step 1: Mix the Dough
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and all-purpose flour. Stir until a soft dough forms; knead lightly for 1 minute until smooth.
Step 2: Divide the Dough
Divide dough into 4 equal balls. Lightly flour a surface and roll each ball into a thin circle about 6-8 inches wide.
Step 3: Heat the Pan
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. No oil needed.
Step 4: Cook the Flatbreads
Cook each flatbread for 1-2 minutes per side until golden bubbles form and it's cooked through. Repeat for all.

Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 5 min | Total: 10 min

Tips for Success:
