MECHANICS
1. The contest is open to all Adolescents from the Municipality of San Agustin only.
2. Participant can only submit ONE entry.
3. Design could be colored hand drawing or digital drawing. The artist will be held accountable to any issues that may arise with regards to the originality and authenticity of the design.
4. The logo should at least present concept about Adolescent Health
(Here are the component programs of Adolescent Health and Development where u can get ideas to feature in your logo)

4.11. Women & Children Protection
4.12. HIV/STI
4.13 National Voluntary Blood Services Program
4.14 TB Program
5. A brief description or rationale explaining the components of the logo should also be submitted
6. Email your entry at rhu.san.agustin.sds2014@gmail.com on or before August 22, 2023 12 midnight with the subject ENTRY TO LOGO MAKING CONTEST (if hand drawing send the best quality of the picture of ur piece).
Include in the body of the email of the following:

7. The following criteria shall be used in judging:
Concept & Relevance - 40%
Creativity - 25%
Originality - 25%
Visual Impact -10%
Total - 100%
8. Final Judging shall be made after the deadline of submission of entries. The committee shall have the exclusive rights to the winning entry, thus, this cannot be submitted to any other competition. Likewise, the committee reserves the fight to further refine or make improvements on the final work of the winning entry.

"The SPPAMC is the national government’s tangible manifestation in ensuring no one is left behind in terms of progress and development, including almost 200,000 young Filipino mothers and their children. Their situation can adversely affect their future and potential. Without proper interventions such as the SPPAMC, they could be trapped into a vicious cycle of intergenerational poverty and it demonstrates the government’s inclusive and holistic approach in addressing issues on teen pregnancy."

The Municipality of San Agustin Social Protection Program for Adolescent Mothers and their Children (SPPAMC) Launching and Grant Release led by the Municipal Population Office headed by ma'am Maryl Masaglang with PopCom Caraga RD Alexander Makinano and with the partner agencies (MHO, DSWD, DepEd, 4Ps and more), brgy. officials and municipal officials led by our ever active Municipal Mayor Hon. Nicolas Alameda, CE, MPA and our Municipal Vice Mayor Hon. Alex De Guzman.
